THE PROJECT

When retained by The Epiphany Hotel and Lure + Till Restaurant in Palo Alto they were seeking to improve upon their prior experiences with PR agencies and, most notably, drive consistent, impactful media coverage. LGPR sought creative initiatives to best convey key message points for the property


OBJECTIVE

Communicate the property’s commitment to providing healthy options to both leisure and business travelers, and the health-conscious tech community


STRATEGY

In brainstorming ways to “shake-up” the industry and provide a new solution to the stale, less-than-healthy options provided by a typical mini-bar after a long day of undesirable eating at airports and during road trips, LGPR single-handedly developed the Fresh Fridge concept, and worked with the hotel and restaurant to execute an operationally feasible and on-brand result


RESULTS

Media continue to “eat this up,” and the initiative generated a stream of coverage in targeted national outlets along with impactful Bay Area results
